To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download How I Deal With Back Pain…….. First, get yourself a good chiropractor. He/she can become a valuable tool in dealing with what most of us deal with at some point in our lives. My chiropractor is the best!! Trying not to lift heavy loads can be a challenge but if you want your back to improve even slightly, this is a must. Find others to help you, and don’t be shy about asking. If you have back pain, having a big mouth is a must. (So is a sense of humor.) Using a heating pad occasionally can be helpful, so can ice packs. Getting enough rest is essential in many cases, including mine. I go to bed early (by eight) most nights with a good book or movie. Stress can also aggravate a bad back, so avoid it at all costs. If it means you become slightly anti social, so be it. Your back is more important than having tea and crumpets with everyone that you know, and their relatives. Learn to put yourself and your needs first, and give your back the respect it deserves. Comments
