I am 40 years old and never missed a pap test until 3 years ago, I became a single parent with 3 children and did not really took the time for myself. A few weeks ago, I finally set up an apt with my physician and after work there was a note from my 13 years old daughter asking to call my doctor. Findind out they need to see me again as they have found abnormal cells. I am very nervous and depressed over this. I also have lower back pain and I have been really tired in the past 6 months which I understand (lower back pain) is one of the symptoms for cervical cancer

    Im 44 and have 2 wonderful children, I was diagnosed in 1999 (age 36 at the time) with cervical cancer, under went a radical hist. and Oct 2006 under went oophenectomy with major complications due to the an artery being severed during surgery. [more..]
