I knew exactly who i had gotten it from and when i went to be tested, in early 2005, my results came normal. i confronted him and he said i don’t have to worry about it, well a year later it shows its evil side. i also have the low risk and high risk types of hpv my low risk has gone away but i went to the dr yesterday for another colpo and a pap and they ended up doing a biopsy. i had my first abnormal pap this past may. i thought it was because i had a yeast infection turns out the high risk was still hiding. i’m so incredibly scared, mad and everything else under the sun. i am with a man who has been so supportive and has stuck by me this entire time but he doesn’t know what this does to the emotional side of people. i’m trying to be strong but it’s so hard. if any of you have any advice please share. one more thing if any of you have daughters have them get the gardisal vaccine. We’re all going through this together and we have the choice to protect our daughters. it is too late for us but not for our future. there are way too many controversies over this drug, together we can stand and stop this virus!!!
