To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Scared and trying to find more answers about cervical dysplasia and cervical cancer I have had 3 colposcopies following a pap that returned a result of “cervical dysplasia” and a “low grade lesion”. The first 2 colposcopies showed mild dysplasia nothing to be too alarmed about. Recently I just went in for the follow up for my last colpo and my gynocologist said the dysplasia has went from mild to severe, and the cells are precancerous. She is alarmed at how quickly the cells changed to servere. Now she wants to see me again for another colpo in 3 months and depending on what she sees i may have to get part of my cervix removed. I am so scared, i don’t want cancer I am 29. I have one son who is 5 but I want to have more kids someday. I don’t want the option of that taked away. Aparently they can put a few stitches in the cervix to keep it closed and to keep it stronger because after this surgery of removing part of the cervix it creates a lot of scar tissue and sometimes is no longer strong enough to hold in a pregnancy. This is so scary, has anyone had this done and had kids afterward? I have since quit smoking as smoking “feeds the bad cells” and I stared taking a really good multi vitamin and changed my diet to include a lot of fruits and veggies and fibre. I am also drinking 2-3 cups of green tea daily instead of my coffee. Because caffine is a no no. As well as no pop. My gyno also said that sometimes the body and fight it off and make it go back to normal again. Has anyone got any more tips on how to do this. Or know of any herbal suppliments that would help boost the immune system? Comments
