To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download LEEP again after pregnancy I had my first LEEP procedure in Dec. 2004 due to high-risk HPV (had been married for 3 months) and had normal paps until after the delivery of my first child in Aug. 2007. I have had my first pap since delivery in March 2008, and once again came back abnormal with high-risk HPV I am scheduled for a colposcopy in April 08, then probably another LEEP. Has anyone else gone through this after a pregnancy and if so were you able to get pregnant again. We want one more child, probably try again summer of 09, but I don’t want to go through this a third time. The doctor told me is was due to a weakened immune system while pregnant that caused the HPV to come back again. Also, delivering vaginally hurt riping through the scar tissue the old LEEP left, I don’t want to have to go through all that again
April 2008
