Worried at 21

by: CM on Wed, Apr 30 2008

I had my pap done April 10th, and about a week and a half ago, I recieved a paper in the mail saying I needed to call my GYN asap. I’ve been playing phone tag ever since I got the paper, not being able to talk to anyone. I’ve had so many sleepless nights because I was just freaking myself out. Finally, yesterday the dr called and told me I have Mild Dysplasia. They scheduled me for the colposcopy May 19th. I’ve done nothing but do research since I found out, which seems to do nothing but scare me even more. Am I overreacting??
