Well I’m 22 years old and in February of 2005 I was diagnosed with Genital Warts I was completely devastated. I got the treatment and in about a month the warts had disappeared.

well I am 18,turning 19 May 30th this year… I have known I had at least one strand of genital HPV because on my 18th birthday I went in to check out an itchy lump, and they diagnosed it as genital HPV…

I had a routine pap in early 2007 (Feb or Mar), and everything came back fine. In September I went in to the doctor after a strange experience on my birthday.

I am 23 years old and I have always gone in for my annual pap smear and my results have always come back normal. I remember hearing stories from other girls that their results were “abnormal” and they need to get a coloscopy.

I was told last August that I had cervical dysplasia and thus I went into the doctor for a colposcopy and subsequentially a biopsy. As is expected, I was nervous and confused. The results came back as “normal” and so I brushed the news off and resumed my life as normal.

I just got the worse call of my life this morning… that my pap smear was abnormal. I was in such shock, I didn’t really understand all the nurse was telling me. She just said to come in for more testing.
