Confusing News?

I was told last August that I had cervical dysplasia and thus I went into the doctor for a colposcopy and subsequentially a biopsy. As is expected, I was nervous and confused. The results came back as “normal” and so I brushed the news off and resumed my life as normal.

I have since changed gynocologists, but the new doctor has been given all of my information and medical history. In my last papsmear, it came back abnormal again. This time, I was told that the dysplasia has “grown.” I am exceedingly confused! I was told “not to worry” and that “everything is fine” but how is that possible if the problem is bigger?

I have been doing research for months on this issue, and I am ready to live my life again without having to constantly worry. Has this happened to anyone else?

I go in tomorrow for ANOTHER colposcopy.. we’ll see what happens..
