To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Dysplasia Question I am a thirty eight year old women. I was sent a letter in March of this year from my doctor’s office saying they were trying to contact me since Dec. I thought this was odd because I had been to the office at least twice since then and there had not been any messages on my answering machine. I went to tthe office that day and they said I had a test done in November that the Doctor wanted to discuss with me. I had had a pap smear way back then! I saw the Doctor the following day and she said I had an abnormal pap. This did not alarm me because I know they are common. She did another pap. This also came back abnormal. I went for acopposcopy which has also come back abnormal. I am starting to worry alittle now. Tomorrow I go for an altrasound which I am not clear on exactly why I am having it done. My understanding is that they are checking my ovaries. Can anyone help to clrify this for me. Thanks Comments
