To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Living with Dysplasia!! Hi, My name is Angela. I am 18 years old and live with dysplasia. My doctor found it January of 2008 when I was 17. When I was sent to a OBGYN she told me what she was going to do as far as treatment then sent me on my way. As for seeing this Gyno again I have not. She charged me (at the time 17 y/o with very little cash) one-hundred dollars. I have not paid her because what was the point on paying for advice that you already knew. Just so you know my older sister had dysplasia as well. So here I am wandering aimlessly through life, now 18, no insurance, and with the economy going down as far as it did I’m forced to live with this condition. I have yet to find a doctor that can tell me why my period is late going on 5 months and no one will fix my condition because I dont live in middle class society!!! Thank you VERY MUCH!!!!!! Comments
