Leep Procedure

I had a Leep Procedure done on July 7th after a very stressful June when I was told I may have dysplasia CIN 11 or 3. After all that stress I went for my follow-up visit and was told the abnormal cells were benign. The procedure was nothing to worry about I did not experience any of the nasty side effects I previously read about. If this procedure was recommended for you, please do not worry it was not as bad or scary as some things you may read.

    I usually have had my pap smear yearly but skipped it last year. For whatever reason, I dont know. June of this year, I had my pap smear done at my primary dr and got a call saying that she need to send me to a GYN to repeat my paps since it came back with abnormal cells. [more..]
