I have had abnormal Paps before from of life of risky behavior, but now it is catching up. I just found out I have severe dysplasia. I was given the options of a partial hysterectomy or LEEP & aplasia. I have four kids already and my husband is content with that. As you the partial hysterectomy would prevent reoccurance but I’m nos sure what the side effects may be down the road. Right now I’m just debating what to do.
