Major symptom is shortness of breath. Walking in a supermarket fast in empty ailes and slow around the turns is ok for 30 minutes, but in the field on dirt and grass a short rest is needed every 100 or 200 yards. Nutrient History: Ate good farm food till age 11. Ate cheap store food till age 15, Ate good store food until age 18, Ate Army food until age 23. Ate “health food” after that; avoiding sugar and white flour usually. Took supplements starting with Vitamin C at age 50. At age 80 diagnosed with aortic valve stenosis. Discovered Dr. Sinatra’s book “Reverse Heart Disease Now” and have been taking the supplements recommended. Visited a specialty Clinic and quit Gluten and Dairy. A few months of this have almost eliminated Gout and GER symptoms. Available energy has doubled or tripled. I believe food is first.
