To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Bladder irritation - Water Quality. I have found that drinking distilled water does not irritate my bladder. Hard water, on the other hand, is so irritating that I know when the first drop enters my bladder. I have also found that fish oil suppliments can also be irritating. Calcium suppliments can be irritating and potassium gluconate is a “big time” irritant. — Paying attention to what I eat and drink has helped to controle the irritation.
