MENSTRAL PROBLEM

Am 43yrs and have three children. My last baby is 11 all safe delivery no CS. Am a BP patient. After my last baby I had two abortions. After this we decided to have a family planning - the coil. Carried it for 5 years and removed it. After I removed it, i discovered my period started flowing for 2 days instead of the normal 4 to 5 days and even with the 2 days very scanty. I visited several hospitals and was told that since I have head my last baby for long, it is normal. But two months that is April and May, i have not seen my period, I have gone for 2 pregnancy test but the result is negative. Am worried, could i have reached monopause at this age? Pls advise. Though I still want to go for more test.
