IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE INCREDIABLY HOT OUTSIDE…SOMETIMES HAPPENS WHEN TEMPS ARE IN THE MID TO UPPER 70′S. I CAN USUALLY TELL WHEN MY HEADACHE IS GOING TO BE SEVERE.. STARTS OUT DULL THEN INTENSIFIES THE LONGER I AM IN THE SUN. MY EYES ACHE AND I EVENTUALLY HAVE TO LAY DOWN TO AVOID THROWING UP. ANY ADVICE ON THIS MATTER? Comments
