To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download help My daughter at age nine was having migraines two or three times a week which pretty much ruined this happy go lucky kid’s life. Doctors gave her maxalt and said go to sleep for the next twenty four hours. Pretty devatsating for a kid who became terrified of leaving the house. So I decided to figure this nightmare out on my own. Btw I had migraines as a kid as did my mom. My advice is threefold. Regular sleep patterns. Weekends too. Co-enzyme Q10. Three hundred miligrams per day. Pricey who cares, really? Takes several months to kick in. Diet. No and I mean NO MSG, hydroloygized corn oil. hot dogs, raisins, chocolate, any preservative on earth, nuts, peanut butter, corn, candy, anything on earth with preservatives in it, pizza, cola, no caffeine, no aspartame. We now(and she is one of three kids) eat only organic meat and vegetables and fresh bread and organic milk and juice. A huge change but it has saved my daughters ability to lead a normal life. Stunning results. From despair to normalacy. No pharmaceuticals like maxalt which knocked her out for days. I am happy to give more info if anyone is interested. Not to jinx her but we are down to zero occurrence. Comments
