To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Chronic status migraines I have been suffering with chronic status migraines for 5 years now. They are debilitating when they hit full force and can last as long as ten days straight. I have tried many differnt natural and medicinal treatments, to no avail. I have learned that the more stress I am under, the worse the migraine is. The most successful treatment I received was a fourteen day lidocaine infusion in the hospital. When that migraine broke, I was able to return home and remain migraine free for almost six months. I have no stopped all preventive medications, as they no longer have any effect. I have limited my abortive medicinal solutions to receiving an injection of demeral for the pain, compazine for the nausea, and a steroid for the inflammation on a bi-monthly basis. I continue to experience burning sensations in my legs and upper torso, which no one has beenable to figure out. My condition has gotten to the point that I have been put on permanent SSD and am facing losing my driving priveleges in the near future. If anyone knows of something new I might be able to try, well I am all ears. Thanks for letting me share my strory. Comments
