my migraine story

I am a newly diagnosed migraine patient. My headaches are a direct result of cervical injuries that I received in a car accident. I have two episodes that have resulted in headaches lasting over a week. My current remedy is getting injections along with oral medication. If this is something that I forever will be medically predisposed with I feel that my greatest challenge is learning what triggers my headaches. I Feel then that way I can figure out how to prevent them from becoming full blown.
