a week before my monthly mentrual period, I get so irritated also eat tomuch my diet changes and my moods also change.
Today I had an interview and and I tald every one at home that i want to be early the next morning and gues what In the morning i was the one who was late and moody, Crying i’m not sure why i was crying and tald them to live me i had to take taxes all way to Kyalami from Mulbarton, and got lost because i had pride to ask when ever i got to a taxi instead of taking 2 taxes to kyalami i took 5 taxas

    I dont know how my pms has gotten so bad. I mean I always had the normal cramping, headache, a little moodiness, but for the last few months its unbearable, I get anxiety panic attacks, weight gain to the point my jeans dont fit, backaches, sometimes vomiting, crying all the time . [more..]
