PMS confusion

by: Bethani on Mon, May 05 2008

For as long as I can remember I have had pms I was always told it was just a part of being a woman and unfortunately there was no cure. As I get older the symptoms get worse and of course the consequences of it are more devastating. I am starting a self-employed career and it is very hard to do what is necessary to get my business going and deal with the debilitating depression and mood swings i go through for 2 weeks out of the month. It is seriously impacting my future and financial well being as well as my self-esteem. There has to be help out there for those of us suffering from this. I do not want to be on drugs. Does anyone know of any natural herbs/therapies that work? I am glad I am not alone with this. For a while I thought i was bipolar or crazy. I am determined to beat this and to hopefully help others do the same.
