dysurea/prostate issues may be herpes?

Last year I began having painful urination after sex with a regular patner(who I later fund was not just regular with me). After testing negative multiple times for bacterial STD’s, then seeing urologists who pumped me full of lavaquin (which seemed to relieve but not eliminate the pain) I either coincidentally or actually had some relief using diflucan for 2-weeks. A year later, I have just been diagnosed with a herpes rash on my penis; I believe it is likely that my previous symptoms of burning urnination, some testicular and pelvic pain, clear urethral discharge in the morning, have to do with my initial herpes outbreak (which is generally the worst outbreak a person will have). So if you have an unexplainable discharge, urinating pain, sensation of needing to urinate, split stream urinating, it may be worth testing for herpes…
