To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Fifteen, Pregnant, and in Placement I was 15 when I was pregnant by a 23yr. old. At the time I was on conditional release and when I went back to court I told them I was a month pregnant. I lied to them and I told them I didnt know who the father was, then I was sent to placement. I have been in placement for 2.5 years. While I was in placement I was forced to give my little boy up for adoption when he was 6 mos, my worst mistake ever. I was torn into pieces so I ran away and when I was found they sent me to Whites. While residing at Whites I was reunited with my son,Blake, and I had to go to court for custody, etc. Finally on January 24, 2008 I got released from Whites. Now I have my baby boy every weekend and holidays, most of all I got a job and I am steady on my feet. I am glad I fought for my rights. To those who think having a baby will fix your relationship with someone else you’re so wrong. When you think you are ready for a baby make sure you are stable, your partner is stable and you both are working and out of school. It is hard to be a teen mother and it doesnt get easier but if you do get pregnant when you are in school dont quit! Continue school and keep an eye on your health. Comments
