To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download hypospadia complication 20 years Since birth, I already had coronal hypospadia. After 4 to 5 years of surgery, everything was okay. At 33 years old, I then had problems with urinary tract infection I sufferred for 1 and 1/2 years of antibiotic medication. The doctors here in Philippines did not know what was going on. Then finally i found a doctor who knew the problem very well. i had strictures in my urinary tract, which causes the infections. Then the doctor dilated me, and in 5 mins everthing was okay. Now, i am 40 and the problem of infection is coming up again. i think i just have to live up with dilation for the rest of my life. anyway some problems i encountered the last time i was dilated, 1 month ago, was with the anesthesia or the antibiotics. everytime i take antibiotics i get nightly fever and i feel very weak. Right now, i am having problems again with infections and if i am well again, i will write back here. hope this info helps. i think the only problem is the stricture. but getting a doctor to dilate is the tricky part.
