    I’m 44 yrs old and have two kids. My youngest was born in 1997 and when I was pregnant I first felt the vaginal wall drop. The doctor assured me it was something that could happen and needed to insert a sponge to hold it up and do kegels. Sponge I did not insert. Kegels I did. Ten years down the line I have moved around and different docs. have given me various opinions. [more..]

    I am 59 years old with one child born 25 years ago. I am menopausal and came off HRT last year after 10 years of trouble-free use of it. Since then my prolapse symptoms have worsened and I am scheduled for surgery on Tuesday 7th August. The surgeon is confident this will restore normal bowel function and allow my sex life to resume.
